This is a comically small filter. Be responsible, use the proper oil (100% synthetic meeting the mfrs standard), and never exceed 5k miles unless your oil analysis company REALLY REALLY thinks thats wise. Bottom line, Korean made, excellent product quality. These filters are a very good choice.

Ordered this because the local store didn’t have one. Not sure how the actual filter compares performance wise, but the orings are terrible. Good luck getting the little one on without breaking it. I’ve been changing my own oil on this truck since new, and I’ve used other big brands like wix, motorcraft, fram, etc. All of them had considerably higher quality O rings than this filter. I know the little one can be a pain, but even still this is the only time Ive ever broken it. The filter itself seems fine, but if you choose to buy it, I honestly think you’re better off just leaving the old O rings on instead of using the included ones. Kind of a let down, I’ve always known K&N to be good stuff, although I wouldn’t be surprised if (like literally everything else) the quality has gone downhill over time.
