Absolutely spot on! I've struggled with a ridiculous pair of B&Q bought circlip pliers for years. I do a lot of modifications to my motorcycles, so they're often called into service. Recently I decided to purchase a straight end, external pair for a particular job and from the reviews I pulled the trigger on a well recommended set by Amazon reviewers... they were appalling and the tips were too big to go through standard 10mm to 20mm circlips. Disappointed, I sent them back and did a bit of research and Knipex kept coming up as the recommended brand, so I ordered a right angled external and a straight external. They're spot on and in a totally different league. Not only are the tips perfect on both, on the straight set they're slightly angled outwards, meaning they keep the circlip on the end of the pliers, instead of it shooting off into outer space. Yes, they're twice what cheap Chinese pliers cost but if you want pliers that work and don't want to waste hours looking for lost circlips, just get these. If ever I need other similar pliers I'll now look for Knipex.

Ce type de pince est fragile et c'est normal, il est important de vérifier qu'elle est bien NEUVE !Celle ci provenait d'un retour et je ne l'ai pas vu !il y a sur le blister et sur la pince un petit ergot cassable qui atteste qu'elle n'a pas été utilisée .....Ce n'étais pas le cas et c'est en en achetant un autre modèle que je l'ai vu !

This is a quality circlip plier. Very well made item that works the way you woud expect a quality circlip plier to work
