It's very easy to put together, install, and fill! It is keeping the ants out of my hummingbird nectar.

This ant moat is really cute but it also has stopped those pesky ants from taking over the hummingbird feeder. The size is great & it's really sturdy & so easy to assemble. I even had the little black capped chickadee drinking out of it, I found that so cute. This works great and they give you 4, I find that very reasonable in price and it's held together great! Great purchase!!

While sturdy, they will NOT hold up in a hail storm. So if bad weather is threatening, please take them, and your feeders down.They are a good size, and the other birds can still sit on the edges and have a drink of water; because you know this water is better than the water the person puts in the birds water dishes!You have to screw in both top and bottom hooks, but no biggie.Also included are port brushes.Price wise, even paying shipping costs, they are still affordable in my opinion. Will they stand up to UVs over the course of 4 months (how long we have hummers/orioles here)? I'll let you know in September.I recommend.
