Nice ceramic container to hold a bag of dog treats. It has a seal on the lid to keep treats fresh. It comes as advertised.

For the price, looks and functionality this is the one, you can't go wrong. easy enough to open for me, especially, that i only i have 1 working hand, since my stroke. it keeps your treats fresh, it looks beautiful on the counter, it is classy and clean looking a nice pure white.

I picked this treat jar because the lid seals to the jar. We live in a humid climate and I didn't want to constantly have stale dog treats. I also didn't want to smell the dog treats on the kitchen counter. This jar has held up well and the lid still seals after 9 months. It also looks cute and is a nice size - big enough but doesn't take up a lot of space. I would recommend it.

Looks handmade, complete with small imperfections. Grateful the color is true to photo and is more natural creamy white than ivory. Holds about 35 or 36 of our dog's "toothbrushes" which is a bit more than the 28 pack I usually purchase, so for my purposes that roughly estimates to a 28oz capacity (so it should also hold his mint cookies if we decide to stop giving him his brushing chews: ). I like how it has a rubber seal because they have a very strong smoky odor, and keeping the box on the island isn't the prettiest thing, but I don't know if I would call it airtight. I do worry only slightly about the seal, as it is't attached, but that also means it can easily be replaced with a quick trip to the hardware store. I'm also a little nervous about the paw knob on the lid possibly breaking off after repeated use, or if it is ever dropped, but it could be repaired with the proper epoxy if that happens.
