My dog seems to always have a sore on his elbow. This works great to keep it clean when it needs to heal. He is a larger dog (Pitbull, Mastiff, and American Bull Dog mix) and it is easy to put on and take off. He has no issues still being active or lying around with it on.

My dog didn’t like to wear this at all. But then again she hates even when I put sweaters on her, and she’s an aggressive chewer, so it worked for a few days but she ended up chewing a whole through it unfortunately. The material is nice tho, just wish it was a little more heavy duty and not so much space where she could get her mouth on it to chew through it. She still has the hotspots. But this did provide me about 3 days for them to heal up which is awesome!!

Takes the attention off an injured leg. Material does get wet from dog licking but that’s to be expected. In between sizes but folded over Velcro. Overall has made my dog much happier and back to normal self than the alternative of a cone.

Did not cover the wound so the dog was able to lick and chew the surgical site.

Our old girl, Lucy, has a very banged up elbow and because she's on the older side, she doesn't sit down as gracefully as she once did so she's constantly opening up the wound. This hot spot protective sleeve was easy to put on her and it fits exactly as I was expecting it to. I can leave it on her for a few days with no chafing under her arms. She is a typical American lab and weighs about 78 pounds. The velcro sticks well. I would definitely buy this product again.
