The material was advertised as cotton, but it was polyester/rayon. It was described as navy blue, but was dead black.

. Its polyester so its a bit plasticky but it looks incredible when you wear it

There's plenty of room - I might could have gone down a size but I like the looser fit up top.Will be wearing with a brown belt to hide the buttons at the waist and the elastic in the back.Sleeves had plenty of room to roll up, nice and loose, pockets are great and lay flat.I steamed it in the dryer with a load of appropriate colors (office wear) and it came out beautifully.Will absolutely consider another in a different color, but really wish it was in a short sleeve or even sleeveless version - I feel like it will be too hot to wear the longer sleeves here in the summer, and honestly, through most of our autumn (Oklahoma weather is wild.)Update: I ordered this exact same dress again in beige and received a white dress made out of very cheap material. It was an entirely different dress with a tiered skirt and no collar, but to make it worse, it had been worn and it is stained!!! It was just wadded up in the bag. It is going back immediately.

Despite following the seller's size guide and also Amazon's recommendation as to what size would be suitable for me, the dress was too small for me. I might have requested a replacement but I can no longer trust the size guide and so I'll be returning the dress to the seller. The fabric appears to be a cotton blend, probably cotton / polyester or cotton / nylon. I couldn't find a fabric composition tag on the garment but I can generally tell after many years of experience. It was almost certainly not 100% cotton. FWIW, I liked the style of the garment, and the construction seemed pretty good, too.

No me gusto es muy largo y el ajuste de botones hace que el frente no se vea bien. los botones tampoco me gustaron
