What a fantastic collection of cards for women. It provides a great confidence boost for young ladies. The design is just right and not too overwhelming. These cards can easily fit in the pockets or wallet. Great gift idea. The card is very sturdy.

The affirmation cards are made of good quality and have nice encouraging phrases on them.

The feel of these cards is nice. The corners are rounded and the thickness reminds me of quality playing cards. I like the affirmations on the one side of the cards. If I had to pick a downside to the cards, even though it is minor ... The reverse side of the cards. I imagine that the maker of these cards was trying to create a mellow, calming, color and pictures. I would have liked something just a bit different ... perhaps Nature scenes? Seascapes?, Beach scenes?.. Or perhaps a blank side of white, or a solid color? Maybe one could paint on the card, or write sayings meaningful to the owner of the cards. Perhaps painting over this side of the cards you might be able to do the same, if one wanted. The price may be in line with other such cards, but I tend to wonder if these type of cards aren't perhaps over priced.

I've been asked to do affirmations 100x by my therapist and I just always forget. I actually often try to use songs because then it just pops up on my playlist. I decided that I wanted some cards at my desk and these were perfect for that. I do wish there was a bit more variety in the affirmations & more specific ones. Most of the affirmations feel very broad as opposed to things that are very direct feelings - I am loveable, I am safe, I am enough but that is personal preference.The design is beautiful and simple. The cards are sturdy, the box they come in is as well. I would definitely give this to someone as a gift and would use in an office or in sessions with others. I like the abstract look of the art design as it doesn't distract from the message.
