Muy cómodas,sobretodo las recomiendo al inicio de la lactancia, me refresco varías veces despues de dar leche, y calientes hacia que me bajara mejor la leche. mi bebe tiene 5 meses y sigue con pecho pero ya no las uso.

The pass have great contour. They sit on the breast without one having to hold them in place. I am glad they can go from hot to cold, though I have only used mine heated. So far, heating them and placing them on my breast while I pump has assisted in the "let down" process. I just wish they could get a little warmer but I never microwave them past fifteen seconds (it says on the package not to go past twenty-five). I will try to microwave mine longer next time. These pads are also great for small muscle aches and menstrual cramps because of how they are shaped. They are a good investment whether you breastfeed or not because you'll have a reusable hot or cold pack on hand.

Just need 15 seconds in Microwave and it becomes really hot. Heat stays for about 20 minutes

This is Jared's wife here. I LOVE these pads. Seriously. I love them so much they are now my go-to baby shower gift for breastfeeding moms. When my milk came in I got incredibly engorged... It was painful. I threw these babies in the freezer and they provided much needed relief! As soon as they warmed up, I would throw them in the freezer again and use them as soon as they were ready. SO much better than using frozen peas ;)My son is now four and a half months old. I work part time and took three months off after he was born. I tried to pump as much as I could before I went back to work and these came to the rescue again! Fifteen seconds each in the microwave and I get a little more milk than I do when I don't use them. I use them with the Simple Wishes Hands-Free Breastpump Bra, which I also highly recommend. Now that I'm back to work, my son often refuses the breast and prefers a bottle. I'm determined to get him as much breast milk as possible, which means I pump almost five times a day! These little gems help me get the most I can out of each of those pumping sessions (I should mention.. I HATE pumping. Hate it. So anything that will increase milk quantity or decrease time is worth it's weight in gold to me).Lastly, I've had a few plugged milk ducts, these pads heated up + a pumping session + massaging the duct = no more plug! It has worked every time first try for me.If you choose to breastfeed and plan to pump at all, you won't regret getting these.

La verdad no se si recomendar este producto, yo las compre para usarlas con calor para ayudar la producción y flujo de leche, pero el único método para calentarlas en las instrucciones es con el microondas, aparato que no uso en casa, así que no me gusto mucho eso, todavía no he probado si puedo calentarlas en agua sin problemas! Para usar en frio son perfectas conservan muy bien la temperatura.
