For years I've been curious about what created the cricket sound you hear in some latin influenced songs. (example: All Night Long by Lionel Richie) I thought it was something like this. https://www.amazon.com/Design-UnseenThailand-Wooden-percussion-Cricket/dp/B01KFP1WLU/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=Cricket+Percussion&qid=1610039986&sr=8-5After finding out what it really was, I bought one, and it's awesome. It's great for any kind of music.

Yes, it makes a great cricket sound. It is quite easy to use and it can carry over an ensemble. This was a good purchase. It’s also good as an ambient instrument for relaxation. The only thing is that it is a little pricey for what it is. Other than that, no real complaints.

クラベスみたいな使い方するんですかねぇ。In the LP Studio with Marcelo WoloskiでYoutubeで検索すると音が聞けます。

It's not a true cricket sound but it's close enough. You have to fiddle with it to find the right effect until you've got it.It's a little pricy for an item so limited in sound as well. But it is an unusual instrument that helps to make my sound unique.
