My 6 year old grandson spotted them on my table and immediately put them on and wanted to start doing experiments. There are many experiments for 6 year olds and for younger and older kids. We do a lot of experiments that involve mixing liquids so I thought the goggles would be a good idea. We don't use anything that would damage his eyes but even soapy water can be uncomfortable, The elastic band is 1/2 inch wide so it lays flat against the back of the head. My grandson is in the 90th percentile for height and weight and just turned 6. I'm a petite grandmother who's 5' tall and small boned. I tried them on and they fit me and had enough space for me to wear my glasses under the goggles. A fun experiment is available on line if you search for 'Color Changing Milk Experiment". You don't need 4 colors of food coloring and you don't need to put the colors near each other.

El material es resistente, lo ocupamos para un trabajo escolar y cumplió con el objetivo, son ligeros y se ajustan, lo ocupé para una niña de 5 años y le quedó excelente.

I expected these to be child sized but they fit an adult face. As they are a gift I have not tried them on the child yet. Also don't forget to remove the clear plastic film on both sides of the lense piece.

My twin girls got a science kit for Christmas that only came with one pair of goggles. I ordered this as a second pair so they could do their experiments. They were the same brand as the kit- Learning Resources. My girls are almost 6. The goggles fit them well across the face and could be adjusted to fit their different sized heads. We have not had any fogging issues, yet. The girls have not complained about them being uncomfortable so I assume they are fine. They also make good costume accessories for scuba diving, construction, or other imaginative play. Although not really a "toy", these were perfect for what we needed.
