Got this for my son to play video games. He says it has everything he needs and works fast as he does not use it for anything else like emails and chat.

Bought 2, both have issues. First one has defective battery, keyboard mouse nub broken and crooked chassis (wooble a lot). Second one has defective wifi antenna, foreign euro keyboard and screen backlight problem. Returning them.

Speed, screen, keyboard, RAM, SSD all worked great! My only problem was that the Ryzen 2300U CPU is not supported by Windows 11, therefore there was no upgrade path and support for Windows 10 ends in 2025. If you don't need Windows 10 or plan to install Linux, this will be a good laptop for you. If not, you might want to consider a laptop with a Windows 11 certified processor.

El equipo está bien cuidado, comenzó a funcionar bien, sin embargo me di cuenta de un fallo cuando la computadora quedaba suspendida. La mandé a revisar y hubo que cambiarle la ram porque estaba dañada.Ojo con eso.

Who refurbished this? A blind child? First impression was there was a rattle inside, the fan was not spinning, the internal battery is not connected, the speakers do not work, the keyboard does not work. Upon opening the PC i found a loose screw which was the rattling sound which could have shorted out internal components, the fan, speakers, and internal battery were not connected to the motherboard, the keyboard drivers were not installed. After reconnecting all the components and installing missing drivers, the laptop seems to be operational but the battery seems weak. For a regular consumer these issues would made the laptop completely unusable. **EDIT: the battery was weak as it now has a failure 30 days later and shuts the laptop off without warning or blue screen. I am returning this laptop as this is ridiculous for the amount of issues

En general algunas teclas no funcionan a la primera y hay que presionarlas más fuerte.
