Have other leviton switches, single pull and three way and they work and have worked fine. This 4 way however didn't last long at all. Had to start pressing it hard to connect/disconnect contacts then lights started flickering. Wouldn't recommend. Also, the white certainly is not white when compared to white faceplate.

Quality switch. It's not totally silent with use, but better than others
