Typically well designed Leviton product that had thorough directions and was very straightforward to install. Successfully added an outlet plus switch where before we had only a light switch. Works well for having a nightlight at that location.

Hard to find these combo devices in stores, but here they are. Huge kitchen had the garbage disposal switch on one of these. Works perfectly, high quality device. Looks clean, nice action in the switch. Highly recommend.

This is a nicely designed switch. Note that the switch and outlet can operate independently, meaning the power outlet can be used while the switch is in either position. There is no need to snap off terminal bridge on the switch, unless you want to wire the switch and outlet to two different circuits in your breaker box. It's confusing, but also simple. I found the tamper resistant outlet is a little fiddly when the switch is new, but after a while, the plugs slide right in and seats securely. The tamper resistance meets code where applicable; but even lacking a code requirement, it's nice protection against curious children trying to insert plugs or other objects into the "live" outlet. Also note that when this switch is installed as shown in the photo, "Off" is always the left side of rocker depressed, and "On" is the right side depressed. If you want it the other way around, you would need to install the switch upside down, with the outlet at the top.
