As you can see from the other reviews, most purchasers seem to be using this hoop for uses other than an exercise hoop for children. The hoop is made from an easily bent material and is difficult to assemble. During assembly, a couple of the segments bent slightly as I was pushing them together.

I like the size and the colors, and it’s survived a lot of banging around already, but it was not so easy to put together and some of the pieces got bent in the process. It’s ok for the price.

Okay! So I’m rating a 5 because my son used the heck out of this hoop and he had so much fun!! It was easy to assemble. It was easy to pull apart to put away. It came with an extra piece. Yes, it was not durable material. Yes, it was bending and falling apart after many plays. But, you get what you pay for and I wasn’t expecting it to last forever. I could have put it on a shelf and it would have. It’s a great purchase if you don’t mind having to order another one soon after. Or if your child doesn’t over play with it.
