Nice looking shoe on. I am a size 9 wide with Rhuemetoid arthritis. I was able to wear these for 4 hrs b4 having to take them off. I do agree with the previous reviews in regard to the strap. Could be a bit tighter of an elastic as it's a bit loose and will stretch more in time.

The heels are excellent! They provide slight increase in height yet the sleek look of a higher heel. I do not wear heels often so my feet are not used to the pressure on the balls of the feet and usually I experience burning pain after wearing heels for about 20mins. With Lifestride, not once have I experienced any pain at all! I have worn them for 6 hours straight the first testing and they were so comfortable. So much in fact, that I purchased additional colors. In addition to comfort, they are extremely flattering!
