I would love to give this 5 stars but the product is just not sturdy enough for a teapot. Hence 2 stars. It was kind of a waste of time…I had a favorite lime green teapot that was very similar from the English Tea Store but after a few years, the glaze crackled and tea started to seep through. I ordered a similar one directly from English Tea Store (but it wasn’t identical - it was from The Old Amsterdam Porcelain Works) and it arrived smashed to bits.Third time lucky I thought so I ordered ANOTHER one from Amazon (also from The Old Amsterdam Porcelain Works in China…) and it arrived quickly and intact almost…there was a tiny chip missing on the bottom of the pot. The shard wasn’t in the box so it was packed at the factory with a chip!!!I’m exhausted from contacting customer service and packing for returns. I’ll keep this with the chip and never reorder again.

This teapot is a really beautiful color, it’s a nice size, well made, and looked like it would have worked perfectly! Very unfortunately, the lid arrived broken! It was such a shame! The teapot itself was wrapped perfectly, the box was wrapped well and very securely but the lid was completely forgotten about which was very surprising considering how much bubble wrap was used for everything else! If they had just wrapped the lid as well then it would have arrived completely intact and not completely broken!

This teapot is 54 ounces, exactly, filled to the very rim. So a bit over six cups. It is just the perfect size for making tea for myself if I want more than one mug, as it ends up making about 3-4 mugs of tea. It pours well, feels good in the hand and is such an adorable, sunny, happy color. I don't think it's left my counter top since it arrived. I collect teapots and they are not all created equal! I'd highly recommend this one. As a matter of fact, I'm considering getting one or two of the other colors, too, but I love this one so much I'm not sure I'd use the others. :)

It is just what I wanted in a ceramic teapot. It works fine in the microwave and is dishwasher safe. I use coffee mugs to drink my tea, but it still holds enough for about 4 cups which is what I wanted. I read a review where someone was disappointed that it broke on the stove after a few uses. You're not supposed to put ceramic on a stove. I love my teapot and the color is beautiful and vibrant.

I absolutely love the color of this tea pot. I'm happy to leave it out of the counter because the color is a nice happy green. I usually make 3 cups of tea at a time and there is plenty of room to make more cups of tea. I like that the handle does not get hot when hot water has been steeping for over five minutes. The first tea pot I ordered arrived with a broken top. After contacting the company an entirely new tea pot was mailed not just the top. The packaging of the teapot had a lot to do with the first broken product. The pot arrived in a very flimsy cardboard box. It really is a miracle it didn't arrive in many broken peices. I am very happy the second pot arrived without a scratch.
