The chains that suspend the balloon as well as the chains and hooks that hold the basket are cheap and uneven. Nothing hangs straight. I am disappointed with quality. Concept is cute but quality needs improvement.

It is a nice solar lantern, I think the price of the plastic is a little too steep. The color is nice and it looks nice when it is outside, but not sure how long the balloon will last before the sun fades it. Now the other thing that I did not like was how it showed up to my door step. The address label was just slapped on the outside of the packaging box, not a cardboard box for protection and secure delivery, just on the thin packaging box, with only one piece of Styrofoam on the bottom of the box, not on the top for protecting the 3 prongs that the chain attaches to. The box of course was damaged and one of the 3 prongs were bent, I was able to bend it up just a little bit and able to secure the chain on it. It still works, just not level, but only I notice that. Other than that, it is pretty in my garden. I love the balloon lanterns and the colors of this one just adds more beauty.
