I love this movie and collect a lot of National Lampoon Christmas Vacation Stuff. When I found this train, I had to have it. Actually bought more than one just to have spare. The train is made of plastic but the detail and sounds is really nice. It is a fun toy to have around the holidays and brings back memories of Christmas Vacation.If you love National Lampoon Christmas Vacation, I would definitely add this to your collection. It will probably be a collectors item some day.I'm extremely pleased with this train set and look forward to using it every year to put under the tree. Are you serious Clark?

Today the second train arrived and again it is not working. The locomotive does nothing like the first one. . I checked the batteries, they were all new and fully loaded. The remote control seems to work (a red light is flashing when turned on) but the locomotive is dead.

Christmas Vacation is my families favorite holiday movie. How perfect is this train to run around the Christmas tree. This was so fun I bought more for gifts to give to my siblings for their families!

This train is very well made and is a beautiful addition if you are a collector of National Lampoons Christmas Vacation memorabilia. It’s fun for all ages to play. We have a “Christmas Vacation” themed Christmas tree, a Dept. 56 snow village, (along with many other items) and this train really ties everything together. Well worth the money we paid. Very easy to assemble. We have ours around our themed tree and it is so beautiful.

My dad absolutely loved getting this as a early Christmas gift. Easy track assembly and not too loud . Great price
