Tengo cómo 2 años con el y no me ha presentado ningún problema a comparación del anterior qué tenia qué se me descompuso como a los 6 meses

Came smaller then I needed so I was unable to use it as I need on just like it but taller for my dual flush toilet

Hello Amazon, we are in Canada 🇨🇦, fitting and tread are different from UK, this item is useless here , what's the point of selling this in Canada won't work , in other cash grab. Totally disappointed with item and wasting time.

The product came fine in a very simple packaging with just valve and 1 page manual. The manual was written in Chinese. I certainly could not understand it, but guessed from the pictures and learned how to install it from YouTube, so went ahead. I drained all the water and was about to install, then I found that the interface does not match with water valve. The product title includes "UK G1/2", but item description is misleading. It says "Standard 1/2 universal interface". Well, I assumed that a product selling to Canadians should work Canadian/American toilets. This was not the case. All my toilets in my house are either from American standard or WaterRigde. None of them have 1/2 interface. This seems to be for UK toilet. I'm a bit puzzled. FYI - Interface is not 1/2, but 9/16 to be exact.
