When I bought it on Feb 8th, I tried it and man did it make you sweat. I couldn’t fit the Velcro part on and it did feel a bit tight. But today, Feb 19th between using the sauna suit with the sweat gel.. I am now able to get the Velcro on and by a couple inches too! Highly recommend if you want to be drenched in sweat.

Just bought this and am reviewing after working out one time. The fit is perfect I am 5’7 205 lbs and got an XL I fit perfectly. It does have a fishy smell when you first get it, so be sure to wash it first the smell goes away after. I did a 20 min hitt workout including arms with dumbbells, squats, planks, etc it fits very well and def makes you sweat, I love the built in waist trainer. Only thing is when I would do squats I would experience a bit of air coming through, didn’t cause a significant difference or pose an issue. For the cost, and you’re just starting your weight loss journey I say it’s def worth it

I've tried a lot of different ones, but I like this one. It does have a little smell, but if wash it gently by hand it well doesn't bother me much. It's usable. I like how it feels when I use it. The sides and crotch are meshed, so it's not only breathable, but also less likely to damage the inner fabric. Also, the shorts are long enough to reach the knees, which is nice. Overall, I made the right choice by ordering a larger size. It's a US M/L size, but I ordered an XL and it's comfortable and I'm very satisfied.In addition, a little big is better than a little small, and you can adjust the size with the waist belt. It fits just right and you can sweat while exercising, and the armpits and crotch are mesh so they are less likely to get damaged. If you are concerned about the smell, you can rinse it lightly with a detergent that removes the smell. The shape and price are reasonable and nice. I recommend this.

This is great, it fits better than my shapewear, supper comfy. Only thing I wish the sleeves were little longer
