These are amazing! Especially for my first grader who doesn’t know how to tie his shoes yet. He always used to come home after school with his shoes untied. Now, they stayed tied all day, even with PE and Recess! Can’t recommend enough, wish I knew about them sooner.

I bought these for my daughter to use on her tennis shoes. She is only 6 and can't tie her shoes yet, so I am the one who has to put them on for her. I noticed that these plastic pieces were hard to snap on, even with her shoe strings being of a flat shape. Once snapped on it was very difficult to unsnap them, which I was hoping to be a good thing in that maybe they wouldn't fall off and get lost easily. Unfortunately that still was not the case b/c she lost one within the 1st few days of wearing them. I'm also worried that over time the plastic will lose it's form and will break along the seam or where the snap is. Can someone please contact me on resolving this issue since the return window has closed?

I put them over the knot and my daughter cannot get her laces open. My daughter is 11 mo. We use these with white stride rite walking shoes. I took away a star becuase they are worth about a penny each, got 6 in the pack, and I paid $7!! Outrageous

When the product arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see several sets of lace clips in the bag. I thought from the description that I was just going to receive two clips. This is nice incase we lose one or one gets broken.They feel a little flimsy but we have tried them out and they clip easily over the tie on my child’s shoes. They are also easy to undo when it is time to take the shoes off. They are so easy to use that my child can actually clip them on and off by herself!We got them on a Friday and as of yet haven’t been able to test them out at school but I am hopeful that they will keep her laces tied and we won’t have another lecture about double knotting the laces (which I always did anyway but they still came untied) and having to have a teacher retie them during recess.I will update this review if anything changes after giving them the Kindergarten Recess test but as for now it’s so far so good.

These are awesome! We have been struggling for years to keep my son's shoelaces tied. We've tried several different methods over several different pairs of shoes/laces, but nothing really stuck. These shoes/laces have been particularly bad, coming untied in just a few minutes, even when I've tied them myself, so we needed some help. I found these and figured even if they didn't work, I would only be out $5, so it was worth a try. We tied his shoes at about 8 AM and this picture was taken at 6 PM. They've stayed tied ALL DAY! He hasn't had to adjust them once, which is a miracle! They took a little finagling to figure out how to hold them in place while tying the laces, and it did take a little added pressure to get them to close around the tie, but it is well worth it. I'm so glad I made this purchase.
