Product is great and works fine. I bought it T a refurbished price because it was cheaper. Plugged right into my laptop and proceeded to work. I chose the rose gold color to have a creative patch of color instead of the standard black. Mute button works fine and comfortable wear on ears.Great buy!

I use this headset daily for work without issue. It is USB wired and no Bluetooth which is what I needed. It works great with Microsoft Teams. It is comfortable for all day use but I do take some breaks. The sound is clear and the volume/mute control is convenient on the cord. I clip it to my shirt to avoid accidentally bumping it and muting myself. Plugged it in and it worked immediately. No downloads required. I bought a second one for my home office. I love the dusty pink color. It brings a touch of color and personality to my office, while remaining professional. Not recommended for travel however. I had a black one I kept in my backpack for travel but the plastic headband broke. It still worked but it was unwearable. I didn’t take a star off for that because it’s not really advertised for travel and I was not at all careful with it. I would just shove it in my backpack at the end of the day and smash it under the seat on the plane. I doubt any headset not in a case could survive that.
