The 20” is a good size, and will fit quite a bit. The denim is nice, but the faux leather looks a little cheap. I did like that it came with a removable clear quart size zipped bag inside, so that was a nice bonus. The handle is very light, wobbly aluminum, which was disappointing. Overall, I expected something a little nicer from London Fog, especially for the price point. I purchased this because it had 5 perfect reviews, and I don’t like giving products low reviews, but this one didn’t earn the five stars.

lo lleve a un viaje largo y aguanto bastante bien como equipaje de cabina y tambien sobrevivio como equipaje documentado. se mueve con facilidad que es muy util cuando uno anda con prisas en el aeropuerto. la manija de la maleta podria ser un poco mas solida pero hasta el momento ha servido bien.

I ordered this bag because I wanted something lightweight and reliable. This bag is perfect! It is very light, which means I can pack more! It has an expandable zipper too! The material feels very durable and made from a denim type material. The wheels roll smoothly across various terrain. It comes with a clear reusable liquids bag to take through TSA. Overall, I am happy with the quality of the bag and craftsmanship. I feel it will last a long time and make a great travel companion. Definitely would recommend to others!

Love the size, perfect for a short trip. Easy to carry, smart look, design is lovely, very durable, will last for years and the zippers are first class.
