Great product, been using it for years.I especially like this adapter because it’s plug & play. Take it out of the box, plug it in, and you got great, zero latency (no lag at all), high quality sound. It’s great for computers without bluetooth integrated. Because of the design, you can angle the antenna any direction you need for connection. It’s a great product for the price. 100% would recommend.

I replaced my old antenna-less adapter with this and the difference is night and day. All my bluetooth devices are VERY responsive and feels no different than if I were wired in.Even through some walls and in a different room in my home, it works responsively.Very happy with this adapter!

I have Windows 10. This was plug and play for me although I see other reviewers didn't have the same experience. I disabled all the built-in Bluetooth devices and plugged it in, and it almost immediately showed up on the list in Device Manager. The problem came when I tried to pair my Pixel Buds A Series: they would either never show up in the pairable list, randomly show up only to disappear, or show up but never connect (the pairing window would just show "Connecting..." indefinitely).I restarted several times, turned off/on the PC Bluetooth, and tried other simple things suggested by the internet for similar issues but had no luck. Device Manager listed not only a built-in Intel Bluetooth (as included as an example in the instructions that came with the dongle), but also a couple of Bluetooth enumerators. On a whim, I enabled one of these (the Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator) and BAM! Instant pairing with the Pixel Buds; after one Windows prompt they were connected and working in a way I'd never been able to get them to work with the built-in Bluetooth. The sound is clear and clean and the range is perfect for my needs. So if you find yourself having trouble pairing or connecting a Bluetooth device after installing the dongle, try what I did and it may work for you!

I have an older PC that doesn't have Bluetooth capability on its own and I only use wireless earbuds/headphones because of the number of cables I already have to deal with, so I started looking for something that could give my PC that next step up. That is when I found this. It works the moment you plug it in. No downloads, no set-up nightmares, nothing, just plug and play! I got this a little over a month ago at the time of writing this and it stills works beautifully.Pros:- No download necessary- No set-up- Instant connections- Stays connected for a LONG distance- Dongle can be rotated in case your USB ports are vertical- Works with all Bluetooth devices (from what I've experienced)- Great sound quality- Next to no sound delayCons:- Must have a USB 3 port to work (mildly sucky if you're getting this for an older PC with 6 of its 8 ports are USB 2)This has been a game-changer (quite literally since I use my PC for gaming) for me to have this Bluetooth adapter to help update my PC for the times (lol). It consistently has amazing sound quality and has next to no delay on the sound in accordance with a video or game that you're playing. The only thing about this adapter that I have no opinion on is their tech support. I have yet to actually need help because of how simple using it is and how versatile it is. I honestly wasn't even sure that it would work with my old PC because of how outdated some of the hardware is, but it was a pleasant surprise that it did work. Highly recommend!

Right, so. The 5.3 version with the large external antenna is actually pretty awesome, gets good range and I'm not really noticing any delays in audio response, at least from my ears. Since there seems to be multiple products with different functionality, I'm reviewing this one specifically. For one thing, listen to the others; there's something screwy with the drivers that requires you to uninstall the drivers for and disable the device for your internal Bluetooth, providing that the computer you are using already has integrated Bluetooth. If you don't, this device will NOT install properly and the drivers won't initialize. I would assume that if your BIOS has the option to disable the internal Bluetooth from the physical level, it will make setup a LOT easier. Currently having zero issues with the Microsoft "plug and play" drivers that come installed by default on Windows 10. I bought this to extend the range of the Bluetooth on my Ryzen HP Envy x360 laptop so I could stay connected even from across the house, instead of within a room, and this device has performed admirably for that purpose. Have had absolutely no issues with it while using my PowerBeats Pro earbuds, despite the usual quirks that Bluetooth has for headset-style devices being used on a computer instead of a phone (handsfree mode is still garbage on x64 OSes because it sounds like handset quality, can't use hi-fi A2DP mode for both high quality "Stereo" and handsfree modes, have to disable one or the other to get functionality for a specific purpose ("Stereo" for music and high quality sound, handsfree for voice calls), etc.). Other than the above, once it's working, this is a pretty awesome extender. I can literally stay connected even three rooms away with no signal dropouts, desyncs, or weirdness. I'd recommend this to someone who knows what they're doing when it comes to OS-based driver nonsense.
