No hay artículos en el carroCleats are one of those bits of kit that get overlooked, but Look's new Keo Grip Road Cleat is tougher to ignore than most. It has several obvious upgrades over most cleats, most noticeably non-skid rubber pads underneath the fore and aft portions of the cleat, but it's the unobtrusive central pad that's most exciting. Look calls it a Memory Clip, and it locks into the center groove found in many new cleats for secure attachment and easy replacement. To suit all riders, the Keo comes in three versions: zero float (black), 4. 5-degree float (grey), and 9-degree float (red). Each offers 4mm of lateral adjustment and 9mm of longitudinal adjustment, and comes with all the necessary screws and washers for easy replacement

I prefer the zero float or the gray set which is about 4.5 degrees float. The red 9 degrees of float is way too much and I feel I lose too much energy, even in casual rides. I don't race, but I like to ride with purpose. I used to have to buy a new pair of these once a quarter when I was commuting to and from work on a daily basis, even when I used covers as I walked a few yards to and from bus/train depots. Recreationally, I've found I only need to change them about once a year because I don't need to walk in my shoes much during a ride. They lose a star because the plastic could be stronger in my opinion.
