They work very well for our rental property. All of the tenants have reported that the light is excellent and the look is great. They don’t fall over or fail to light up properly. I highly recommend them.

I bought two sets of path lights from Lowe's, one from Home Depot, and one from Walmart. None of them are bright enough or stay lit for more than a couple hours. By the time I get home from work they are on their last hour or two.This is the first set that actually holds enough power to last through the night. Whatever they did with the special glass to increase solar input works. End of December beginning of January, living in the woods with minimal direct sunlight and they charge up just fine, so coming home 2 hours after dusk they are nice and bright, and as you walk by they go from 100 lumens to 400. Big difference.I have two negative things to say. One is that they only have a single spike to hold them in place which is kind of awkward for their shape. They're definitely should be two, but this is not a deal breaker because they still stay up, just slightly wobbly. The second thing is that The motion detection is extremely narrow. The light doesn't increase until you are one foot, only one foot within range for them to brighten. They definitely need to increase the range beyond 60°. I don't care what the description says, literally one foot off center in either direction is the limit of the motion detection. Their brightness is good enough being 100 lm that this is not a deal-breaker either. These are just two design issues that could use improvement.Either way, I definitely recommend them because they're better than the other four sets of lights I've tried. They look cool too, modern, even though they're plastic, they don't look cheap.

The lights are extremely well made - just installed them March 2025 on the fascia of my deck and flanking the steps- which was a breeze. So far they are quite impressive - Light level is perfect - option to choose light level is great and the motion sensor is terrific extra

Edited 12/5/24. One failed completely a week and a half ago, and I contacted the mrgr instead of returning all 4 lights to Amazon. They were slow, but responded with$15 refund as they cant replace one light.I do worry others may fail. Will see. Also note, instructions say replace battery yearly or so, REALLY difficult to disassemble without breaking. There are barbs in the plastic post that lock parts together making battery access near impossible. When asked for product suggestions, (that was nice) I suggested a way to remedy that. I have added 2 stars as they ARE responsive and gave me the refund.I DO like the sleek, attractive look and function of these.

The solar panel/battery, light sensor, motion detector and light all work flawlessly and as advertised. The lights are automatically triggered on/off at dusk/dawn by a light sensor. When the lights come on, they are at 10% (dim, but enough light to see our pathway). Once the motion sensor detects movement, the light shines 100% brightness. Note: although there are settings to change the percentage of light brightness, the light is always on once the light sensor detects darkness and remain on until the light sensor turns them off. There are numerous brightness settings, including turning the lights off completely (which requires you to manually turn the light sensor back on for the lights to be operational again).For the price, these lights are a bargain. They are a solid, rigid plastic material and look like metal once installed. The lights are easy to assemble; when installing, I would suggest setting the brightness levels in a dark room or outside in the late evening so that the light sensor is working and you can easily adjust/test the different brightness levels. I have had the lights for a month and so far, I am very happy with the product.
