The original order came broken and had to be returned. So, I wasn’t happy. The packaging was inadequate to hold 4 heavy weight mugs. I reordered the mugs because I really like the shape and weight of the glasses. I had ordered them for a gift and they raved about the mugs. The second order came unbroken, yay! The mugs are great, really hold the heat for Irish Coffees. The price was also very good.

These glass coffee mugs are perfect for coffee or tea or even ice cream at the end of the day the handles do not get hot. The coffee stays hot in the mug and I feel like I am having a special treat with my ice cream served in this mug. They wash well in the dishwasher and have not chipped .

These are great quality glasses. They arrived well packaged, none broken. After using them a couple times, I found they were just too small for my late go coffee maker. I fought trying to decide if I should keep them or return them as I purchased 15 oz glasses which are the perfect size. In the end I am returning them. They really are nice for an espresso or small coffee/tea but the amount of coffee I need in the morning isn't going to work with these. If the company had larger ones, I would have ordered them. These really are nice glass mugs that are thick and solid. Very well made, just too small for me.
