Much bigger and brighter than I had anticipated. They illuminated my small pool well enough to create a very pleasing ambience for my gathering. I tested how long they would stay lit on a full charge beforehand and they lasted for over 24 hours. Not bad at all for the price. They will now get stored until next years party. I hope they still work when I get them back out.

The light is perfect for our Quickset15 foot above ground pool. The magnet works through the liner so no need to glue the metal to the pool. Put the metal ring on the outside of the pool wall and the light magnetized through the wall from the inside of the pool.No instructions for remote, and like others, we cannot figure out some features like how to turn on the timer feature for example. Also the remote seems to unpair from the light after several minutes and we have to pull the light out of the pool, press the manual switch again for over 3 seconds and then remote will control the light. But still glad we got it. Will update if we figure out the remote!Update: using this for second year. Still works well, keeps charge for a long time- we have it on daily for about 2 hours and the charge lasts a week or more. Still cannot figure out how to control the light with the remote. Still disconnects so you have to get the light out of the pool to turn it on every day but then can turn it off after couple of hours. Can’t figure out timer feature on remote either.

3 of these really lights up my 18 feet above ground pool. Looks awesome ! They hold well to the sides of the pool. The remote don’t always turn on the light after sitting for awhile. I have to manually turn on the power button sometimes. Overall, I would recommend

You have to keep turning it on at the base, then can change color with remote. Umm.....not sure if others have this problem but doesn't make sense to have to take the light out of the pool to power on every time I want to use it. Do not buy buy unless you want to go in the pool every time to power on!
