I loved this plant milk maker from the start. Easy to clean, the creaminess of the milk. However, 8 months after purchase, it stopped working. I used it twice a week, so not a heavy user, but regular user. I was soooo disappointed. It was past the date of return for Amazon, but maybe it was still under warranty. I contacted Amazon, who showed me how to contact the manufacturer through Amazon. It's been a month and still haven't heard back from the manufacturer. Even if its not under warranty, it would still be nice to have heard back from the manufacturer. I've lost faith in this product.

After several months of my wife trying to convince me to try out dairy alternatives I stumbled upon this product and as the review says WOW! The filter helps to provide a creamy milk with no gross pulpy content. Easy to use, easy to clean- I’ve been using it for almost a month now and I can’t get enough of it! Highly recommend if you’re trying to cut out/cut back on dairy!

Let me start by saying that I never leave reviews, but I had to with this product because of how much it has exceeded my expectations! Delivery was fast, matter of fact, it arrived a day early! I’ve made two types of milk so far, almond and oat. Both types were ridiculously easy. You literally put the ingredients in and push a button. The almond milk was done in 5 minutes… FIVE MINUTES, and it was absolutely fantastic. The oat milk was done in about 30 minutes and is incredibly creamy and delicious as well! The self cleaning function could not be easier or more straightforward… again, you literally push a button and voila all clean! If you are on the fence about this product, do yourself a huge favor and order one today! You won’t regret it!!

This is a great machine but it had a larger capacity than I needed so I gave it to my DIL who has a bakery and she loves it and uses it all the time. It's perfect for her higher capacity needs.
