This heat press came with all the attachments for virtually all forms of sublimation / HTV transference. Shirts, caps, cups, plates, virtually almost anything that can be printed to. Easy set-up and operation. Appears to be of heavy duty quality construction and comes almost entirely assembled. For the money, good purchase.

This heat press is wonderful. I love the cup press and the shirt press. I have made many things. It makes it so much easier to make shirts than on my small press I had. I love it and would recommend it for a first time press.

This machine is not real user friendly. It is not easy to change from shirt press to hat press. The instructions are not detailed and I had to make several other adjustments to get my hat press to work and it still dfficult to use for pressing hats. I have not yet used the mug press due to lack of supplies but with the exception of no detailed instructions hoe to put it together it looks straight foward. The plastic connectors are junk. If you purchase a 5n1 or 8n1 I suggest the clamshell type not the 360* swing away if you plan on pressing hats. Also when changing from shirt to hat things seem to get crooked and you have to straighten them out manually and while doing hats the press hits the hat swinging back over it so if you have it covered or taped it will rub and knock off the paper or tape. Judge for yourself but Im considering returning or spending the money and buying a quality hat press.

Despite the negative reviews, I purchased this item anyway thinking, “I normally have good luck with items even when others don’t… it’ll probably be fine.” From the first use, the tumbler press smelled SO BAD when heated… I assumed that was normal because I haven’t had one before, but now I’m wondering if it was because it was defective. My tumbler press bubbled out and stopped heating after a handful of uses and within two weeks of the delivery of this heat press bundle. I contacted the seller and asked if they could send me a replacement for the single (so far) defective piece and I said I would send the defective one back to them. They didn’t respond to my message and just sent me generic return instructions for the entire bundle, which weighs 45 lbs. Additionally, the return instructions indicated that I’m responsible for return shipping, which for something of this weight is at least $40-50. So, I’m supposed to return the ENTIRE bundle for one small defective piece, AND pay a minimum of $40 to ship it back to them? Honestly, I am expecting the other tumbler press pieces to fail after a few uses (I haven’t even used them yet)… so I need to decide if I want to take a $40-50 loss to return the entire order. I will never purchase from this seller again. They should be banned from selling on Amazon, as they are not representative of the customer service normally provided by Amazon and its sellers.
