I thought my trackpad was broken because my cat is constantly stepping on it and my laptop was opening apps from the taskbar without my assistance. Turns out I had a sever virus, not the trackpad but my hubby said he wasn't putting the original back in and this one is working fine, now that I've done a clean install.

I replaced the original Dell touch pad due to it being noisy, causing jitter and intermittent double-tapping selections without even touching. The replacement fit exactly and solved to problem completely.

My touchpad began failing on my Dell 3511 so I got this to replace it. Very easy to swap out. Only thing that has to be removed to access is the bottom panel and battery.
