I go through a lot of M8 nuts and they can be hir or miss in quality. So far these have been well machined and have not galled…

I'm a metal fabricator & maker so I go through a lot of hardware on builds. I used these nuts on an outdoor sculpture project that will be traveling on a trailer. Since these are stainless steel, they're perfect for outdoors and when combined with nylon locking, I don't have any worry that traveling on a trailer will shake anything loose. Good nuts and a great value!

I don't expect much out of nuts. I expect them to not be made out of butter, and I expect them to be properly threaded. These aren't buttery and they thread on just fine. In other words, they do what I want nuts to do.They come in a bag, and the bag stayed together during shipping. That's fine by me. I have gotten a lot of nuts in broken plastic containers, so a bag works.I have a few of these on various projects, and they are holding up just fine, even on the ones that end up outside.

These are good quality 304 stainless steel with a little larger nylon locking area.it's not too bad having 50 in stock and unless I want to make the 95 mile round trip drive to HD they are a fair price at 32 cents a piece.

These lock nuts work well for my needs, the nuts stay tight and do not back off the bolts due to vibrations. There is plenty of nylon material at the end of the nut! Threads are perfect as they match up to the bolts perfectly, I didn't have any strip out on me.
