This fall, my son is serving as the assistant coach to his twins' first baseball league team. When they’re at bat, he’s busy herding cats, as the 5 and 6 year olds still need a lot of assistance to position themselves at the plate, hold the bat properly, etc. Each team’s coach pitches to their own team, with the assistant coach serving as catcher.I noticed at their first game that one issue for the kids is simply seeing the plate, so I purchased this plate brush for him. My son says it really works, is sturdy, and makes one part of his job a lot faster and easier; he’s no longer having to kick dirt off home plate for each at bat! A+ in our play book!!!

Believe it or not but I use this in my hobby of cleaning old tomb stones. The bristles are stiff enuff and safe to be used with cleaning chemicals water etc. nice and handy!
