I was looking for a backpack similar to the suitcase-likes I've been getting ads for, but I wanted quality that won't fall apart. I was intrigued by being able to grab the crossbody bag/fanny pack & go on this one & was pleased to see just how much storage versatility it has. I normally pack a carry-on rolling suitcase for longer trips, but this is perfect for a couple overnights. I can definitely see fitting in a pair of sneakers, slippers (flip-flops, haha) & a thin pair of water shoes in the shoe compartment, along with at least four outfits. I also can fit my kinda large 17" gaming laptop, Kindle (it slides fully into the iPad-sized pocket) & my Steam Deck in the back pocket. I so appreciate that the laptop pocket is against your back & well padded! I loaded up just my tech stuff to try on the bag, with the backpack straps cinched well & the cross-chest strap, it feels very secure & like the weight will be well distributed! I also like that it has two sets of straps to squish the bag down, vs one set like some other large carry-on backpacks. One con, it only has the one side pocket, I like being able to carry a travel umbrella & a water bottle in the side pockets. Also, the pocket does feel a little small, like you can fit a 21oz bottle, or a shaker bottle, but I doubt much larger than that. It's also kind of a struggle to get it in & out. The wet bag is kind of small as well, I think I'd like it to be the entire side of that pocket, but it still will fit a swimsuit & cover up, or assorted travel bottles.

I do not usually carry a backpack, preferring a rolly bag. Sometimes when traveling, a backpack is necessary. I have an unstructured backpack that works, but is uncomfortable, and I hate it. This Backpack for Traveling is spectacular. The straps fit comfortably and there are so many pockets and features. Among my favorite features are the aerated shoe pocket, padded hidden pouch and the detachable front pouch that transforms into a fanny pack. There are places to hold keys, when opened this pack acts like a suitcase with crossing straps to hold clothing, plenty of pockets and my laptop will easily fit inside. There is even a charging cable port that is very handy. This backpack holds 2-3 days worth of clothing and necessities. The nylon seems sturdy, is waterproof and this backpack is stylish and attractive. It is also very well constructed. I am impressed by the thoughtful design, the pockets, zipper compartments, the padding and straps. This backpack has changed my feelings on using a backpack!

10/22/2023Pros:• The top outside pocket doubles as the fanny pack. It is held on by 2 clasps on each side as well as a big Velcro patch in the middle.• Opening the pocket shows 3 pockets and the fanny pack belt. The belt, when extended, is big enough to cover my 42” waist.Side:• There is an expandable pocket on the side for a bottle.Inside pockets:• The hole for the either a headphone wire or a power charger at the top of the first pocket is nice.• The main pocket has a waterproof pocket inside.• The shoe pocket has air holes. (it doesn’t have to be used only by shoes).Back:• I like that the shoulder straps have a clip, so the straps don’t slip off.• I like the hand little pocket that can fit a few flat things.Cons:• The fanny pack has a Velcro which will bub against my pants. (A cover of some sort would have been nice.)• If the fanny pack isn’t clipped on, it’s relatively easy to rip it off. (In a crowded place, I thief can do a rip and run.)• The clips for the fanny pack interfere with the zipper of both pockets.• The hole for the power cord, while small, doesn’t have a flap inside to protect against water getting in.• The shoe bag (out of necessity) shares space with the main bag. (While I understand why it does, I have seen other backpacks where it hangs outside and clips to external clips.)All in all, I believe it is a good purchase for the price and will definitely be using it. If needed I will update my review.*Disclaimer: I was sent this backpack as part of a promotion.

This bag is the epitome of a travel backpack! I recently used this as a personal item on a flight and it fit perfectly under the seat. I was able to fit a pair of sneakers and flip flops in the shoe compartment with still some extra space. Inside the main pocket, I was able to fit several outfits inside. It really is BIG! The front pocket fit my wallet and electronics. The Fanny pack is so ideal because it was the perfect size for my toiletries. On top of that, on my trip I didn’t need to worry about bringing a purse since the Fanny pack was detachable. Some other features this backpack has is the padding on the strips and a strap that you can slip onto your luggage handle. I didn’t personally use that feature since I didn’t bring a luggage, but I saw the functionality of it.This is a great invention and definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to travel light!
