Great pan and it makes it super easy to make frittatas and omelettes. My only wish is that the interlocking hinge was more reliable.

The Amazon photo shows the interior to be solid black. The actual product is speckled with white spots. I returned my 1st order, thinking that it was defective. I reordered and found that it, too, was speckled in white. Es lo gue es. It works perfectly, as flipping the tortilla was becoming a chore for me. No leaking and no problem with anything falling out!

I was very excited to receive this product to prepare carrots tortillas, but just after opening it I noticed that the two pans did not close evenly, leaving a significant opening in one of the sides, which would for sure allow leaking when turning the pan upside-down while cooking my juicy tortillas. And if I tried to close the pans evenly, the handlers would not align, making it impossible to use them that way also.I haven't and will not use it to give a try. I know it will leak, so I contacted Magefesa. I will add an update on this when they respond. For now, my rating on this product cannot be higher than one star (and one star thanks to the materials used, which seem nice and apparently not sticky).Update: Magefesa NEVER responded and I waited for at least a couple of weeks for their response, so I finally returned it to Amazon before the deadline for returning had passed.

You need this !!!A non-stick set of pans that really lives up to its name. Omelettes slide right out with only a spritz of oil . Nothing sticks .The pans come apart so you could use them as regular pans . They clean up beautifully.
