It almost does exactly what I was looking for it to do. Except do not put frozen fruit into it, it does not work! That was my first disappointment. The second was, inside each of the cups there are 4 protruding ridges the run from top to bottom. I don't see how they do anything for the use of the product. The inside of the cups should be smooth, that would make for a lot easier cleaning. As it is, you really can't get in next to those ridges to clean them!! I guess other than that the products is easy to use, just make you your rinse or wash the cups out as soon as you are done using them.

The Magic Bullet Blender is incredibly compact and convenient for quick blends like smoothies, shakes, and small batches of salsas or sauces. It’s super easy to use and clean, which is a huge plus.However, I find that it doesn’t always blend as smoothly as I’d like, especially when trying to crush ice or tougher ingredients. It’s good for lighter use, but it struggles with more demanding tasks.Overall, a solid choice for small, quick blending jobs but not the best for heavy-duty use.

It’s smaller than expected. You can’t put a lot in there and if you do, it will get hot and stop. It’s OK for a small smoothie making purposes.

I got two smoothies out of this unit before it quit working. Not so magic after all. I've already tossed the box...so am not sure if I can get a refund...but am going to try anyway.AMENDMENT:DISCOVERED THE PROBLEM. The cups have 3 tiny plastic prongs attached, that when inserted into the base fit snugly into 3 tiny slots in the base. If these prongs are broken off from the cups, they will not snug into the base, and the unit will not activate. I used cups from my old unit and thus this base would not activate. The cups that came with the new base are not broken, the prongs are attached and the unit works well. Yes...good product, pilot error on my part! Added stars...only gave four, as the prongs on the cups do break off occasionally.
