I think the Make It Real kit is an excellent kids' bracelet kit! It contains 2,040 beads (with some extra beads in another packet). It's extremely simple to use and has a decent range of nearly all colors you can think of. The instructions are easy, and there is even a link to a video included—great if you can’t understand paper instructions.There are hundreds of strings, so you can make so many bracelets. The bead dispenser has two buttons, and when you push one, it plops out one bead at a time. You can make rainbow colors or make your own color combination, which is really cool! The beads are also refillable, which is great. Though the bracelets don’t come with charms, it’s still a fantastic kit for kids who love to create bracelets!

My kids love "Make it Real" craft sets. The company seems to know just what kids like and what is on trend at the moment, plus the quality of their products is better than average. This particular set comes with everything needed to make 23 Heishi style bracelets in a fun variety of colors. I feel like it could make even more than 23 bracelets because it comes with quite a few extra beads, but it only comes with 1 roll of jelly cord. The set is marketed for kids 8 and up. I think most 8 year olds could easily use this on their own after being shown what to do, whereas most 10-11 year olds would probably be able to figure it out on their own from the very clear, simple directions included in the set. Overall, its a hit in our house and would make a great gift for any tween in your life, and it's certain to be a hit with anyone who likes making fun, boho style bracelets.

This bracelet maker is a fun activity to do with kids, or teens. Be aware that the blue silicone topper falls off easily and if it comes off, you will have beads everywhere! You will want to supervise all kids when they are using this. The age range is for 8+, but I would still supervise as the beads are easy to spill. I am an adult and accidentally spilled beads everywhere (you may want to put a piece of tape across the top and over the sides of blue bead holder lid to keep the beads in place while handling it). I thought it was going to be a nightmare putting the beads back in the bead holder, but I made quick work of it by using the needle to thread the spilled beads on then and carefully loaded them back into the bead holder. Also, the threading needle is your best friend if you need to get some beads to sit correctly in the bead holder. If you thread the needle down into the bead section you can easily get the beads to line up correctly again. This can be a really fun activity for kids with proper supervision.

I love the ease of use of this product. My daughter was so excited to see this come in the mail. Worked well for us and made cute little bracelets for her and her friends. Nicely colored beads as well. As a mom the ease of use is so appreciated. So much easier than bracelet making with beads by hand. I would recommend for anyone who has kids who enjoy crafty, hands on things.

My daughter loves these types of bracelet making kits!I think we have more bracelets in our home than we could ever wear, but they're so much fun to make and she loves to give them as gifts!Not only does this kit come with an incredible amount of beads, but it's a really good value for the money.We like it so much we plan on giving these as gifts at the next birthday party we're invited to.Great set and super fun to make as well.
