First off, Nupla makes excellent quality products. I would not hesitate to purchase any of their products. My issue is that I purchased based on the picture and not the part number. The picture is of the Nupla 13120 RM1 and not the 13120 RM2. I wanted the one that was pictured (13120 RM1). I didn't realize what happened until after it was too late to send it back for credit. I am rating this a 3-star because I would not have ordered it if I had seen the correct picture for this part number.

I didn't know we needed this until we got it. It is an extra large, heavy, good quality mallet with a longer-than-average handle that allows me to deliver a good thump without much shoulder and arm effort. I am glad it is part of our tool chest
