I like this little steamer a lot! I was tempted to give it 4 stars but based on its price vs capabilities, decided to give it 5. I cook a lot and my kitchen does not have great ventilation. Because of this, cooking grease and residue builds up on surfaces. I was looking for something compact that was easy to use and powerful enough to blast through the grime. I am very pleased with the results! Not only did it do a great job with the grease but I was also able to use it to clean set in dirt from a threshold and also get baked on residue off of the inside of my oven door! Some of the reviewers have said that the sensor switches from green to red often and while this is true, I did not find it to be an issue - The steam pressure inside just needs to build up while you are using it. While I am sure that there may be more robust models out there, I have found this machine to be useful, easy to handle and includes great accessories for the price. If you are in the market for a light duty, daily cleaning machine, you will be happy with this one.

Equipo robusto, confiable y fácil de usar. Sin complicaciones. Excelente para limpieza y sanitización al mismo tiempo. El vapor en sí no remueve suciedad pero afloja las grasas y aceites. Si se aplica un poco de jabón y se cepilla el área, se obtendrán mejores resultados. Se requiere trabajo mecánico para complementar el trabajo. Ideal para eliminar plagas. El vapor aniquila insectos que se escondan en rendijas adonde no entra un cepillo. Si hay plagas estás salen debido a la alta temperatura del vapor (sale a más de 100°C).Solo hay que tener cuidado al abrir el depósito de agua cuando el equipo está caliente porque puede contener vapor a presión.

I got this specifically to clean my shower which had a layer of iron from our hard water on the bottom half. I am happy to report that this steam cleaner helped get that grim off. It did take refilling the reservoir a few times, but it was a big job. I bet if I keep up with it I won't need to refill. I also did my kitchen countertops and my microwave. I am most impressed with the microwave, it looks brand new. It also got a stain off my toilet seat that no cleaner had gotten off. Similar to the other reviews, yes the reservoir can need a refill, but the number of accessories and price make this a great product to have in your house to keep up with some cleanings.

El equipo muy bien salvo la manguera que es como extensión ya que después de dos usos empezó a fugar el vapor caliente por fortuna no me queme pero si es algo delicado el tema no lo regrese por qué lo ocupo aun a si sin la extensión creo deberían poner atención en ese tema ya que todos los demás accesorios sin problema son funcionales y para lo que lo ocupo me sirvió sin problema. No le doy más estrellas por obvias razones pero en vapor y precio creo que por lo que cuesta lo vale.

El equipo muy bien salvo la manguera que es como extensión ya que después de dos usos empezó a fugar el vapor caliente por fortuna no me queme pero si es algo delicado el tema no lo regrese por qué lo ocupo aun a si sin la extensión creo deberían poner atención en ese tema ya que todos los demás accesorios sin problema son funcionales y para lo que lo ocupo me sirvió sin problema. No le doy más estrellas por obvias razones pero en vapor y precio creo que por lo que cuesta lo vale.

El aparato es bueno, pero NO son los 10 minutos de vapor que dicen. Se tiene que cargar varias veces.

I like it, like the 15 foot cord the locking on switch. One thing, that may mislead you is the red light coming on. When I first used the steamer, I let it warm up for 5 to 8 minutes, the green light came on, but after 5 to 10 seconds the red light came on, making me think, it needs to warm up again, that’s not the case, even when the red light comes on, you are still good to go! It’s a great machine, easy to use.
