Pretty good belt, sizing is a bit larger than expected, but within adjustment range. Support is good, but not great for heavy squats or deads. Still good overall for general workout.

Good belt for the price but the sizing was a tough off. I measured just above my hip bones like the sizing chart said but I guess you should suck when you measure cause it told me to buy the XXL. The XXL bottoms out before I can really get it snug.So I would suggest measuring your waist size you intend to squat with, not the resting waist size.

I bought this belt for when I lift heavy (normally 2 times a week). I didn’t use a belt before but the heavier I go, the more protection I want for my back. It is extremely important to have the proper form (always) when lifting and this helps me. It almost forces me to pay extra attention to my stance and technique. I really like this belt and would encourage all the lifters to use one. There are a lot of different belts to choose from on Amazon. This one does what it is supposed to do plus it offers some cushion so it doesn’t hurt your ribs or waist. I got the pink one and it is really nice and stylish.
