I installed this on my entry gate system and has worked flawlessly. I used HID readers with it without any issues. The programming is a little hard to understand but great Tech Support.

I was quoted (by a security company) $6k to replace one 2 door controller with a 4 door controller. I looked at the technology and decided it wasn't rocket science. 4 wires to the card reader. 2 12 vdc wires to the door lock. The wires were already in. I had the power supply. So I bought a 16x30 cabinet, added terminal strips, 3 controller cards did some some basic lug connections, added wire channel to manage all the incoming cables and I had something way better than what they were pitching me for under $1k. My guess is I'd probably have spent north of $20k to get this.Technical support is great and they get back to you fast, but their poorly translated PDF's could be replaced with a well written English installation/use guide. Their PDF instructions do not really spell out all the great features their system offers and as to how to incorporate them into a more sophisticated system. Many of the advanced featured are hidden behind as random combination of key clicks to open the hidden pallet. So you're left figuring everything by trial and error, back and forth emails.I am certain in time I will understand everything about this sytem, but a little help and guidance at the start of my project would have gone a long way to making this system near perfect.

Just buy it!!! You will thank me later. Nice door access control with lots of features and easy to install. I needed to ask seller a few questions during and after the installation. The support alone is worth more that the board. I have issued 50 cards and its been running for two weeks now with no hiccups! I reached out to seller and within a few hours I got not just a response but pictures illustrating my concerns. Thank youSecureLife4you for all your support. I was never asked to leave a review from this seller, but he deserves it for all the help he provided to me. Thank you till I need another one I will be back!

Moving into a new office with an existing access control system. The local vendor wanted a large amount just to reactivate the account plus a fairly steep monthly fee. This isn't rocket science. It took longer to figure out how to mount the new board in the existing cabinet than anything else. (I'd probably buy the enclosure and power supply with the board next time but in my case they were already there so I used them.) I had a couple of hiccups that were my fault. The vendor quickly responded to my emails and also offers multiple other contact methods and lifetime support. The board does exactly what it says...it's a 4 door access controller. It works. The software is provided and could be improved but is functional. Documentation is good, especially I would think if you have some understanding of access control and/or alarm systems. Overall, good product and really good support.
