I use this mainly for injury rehab exercises; i.e., they are gentler exercises. This product works great for my purposes. It's well priced compared to the heavier exercise circles. The lighter frame and weight also makes it ideal for travelling.

I’m a Pilates instructor and one of my students is vertically challenged, making the regular Pilates circle out of proportion for her. This allows her to use the magic circle to help her engage her powerhouse without pushing her out of alignment and hurting her joints. It is very strong compared to the £5.99 magic circles from eBay the rest of the class have, so I’m sure it’s doing her the world of good. ;)
