Definitely mesh and see through. Fit was a little tight I’d go a size up next timeI’m 6’3 235 pretty fit and the xl were tight.

This underwear runs slightly small but still fits well and is comfortable. The material is soft, durable, and very transparent.

These are fantastic, the material is so soft and stretches to accommodate the genitals very well. No complaints. I like to go a size down for Support, even though I am well endowed

The pouch is a bit small, as is the overall sizing. Fortunately, I bought the large size for a 29" waist that fitted quite well. It's a misnomer to call these seamless as the front seam is very prominent hiding some of the see-through qualities. I prefer black, but the prominent pink waistband with printing is unnecessary.

My new favorites. So soft and breathable like wearing nothing. Which I can't do so this is the best of being cool and dry. The wife loves me in them as well. Not bad .
