I used this kit to install an aftermarket radio in my 2011 Mazda 3 sedan and it fits perfectly. Very secure and fits precisely in the dash. I had to use a Dremel to remove the middle piece that separates the DIN slots but that was very easy. Using the Dremel made for a very clean removal.I would absolutely buy another Metra kit for my next vehicle or recommend them to a friend looking to add an aftermarket radio to their car.

Great product. The plastic pieces were good. Fits correctly as advertised (and as per my research).The instructions, that's another subject altogether. It could be better. Seemed like someone who does not speak English well tried to write the instructions. Also, the pictures on the instruction sheet lacks clarity. Example; the 4 white little clips that are supposed to attach to the main piece... they do not appear on the instruction sheet very clearly. You'd almost have to guess what the sheet is trying to say.But, I figured it out and it all worked with a brand new 1 DIN car stereo.
