This mixer DOES NOT hold up to cleaning and water. Kind of important for a meat mixer to be cleaned properly without rusting everywhere. Add to that, the mixing blades do not efficiently mix the meat and added fat and spices. Blades should be closer to the sides.

This is a lifesaver. Bought this on a deal. Had been looking for quite some time. Attached this to our #22 grinder and away we went. Dies a fantastic job. We ran 82.5 lbs. of sausage the first time out and could not have been happier. Excellent quality, Mixes great, Easy to clean and a great price.

Only dislike is the paddles don't get close enough to the sides of the tub. Very effectively mixed meat and seasoning very well. Don't try to do a 25 lb batch because the paddles stick up out of the meat. 35 plus pounds of meat it does a good job.

came on time looks well made have not tried it yet waiting until the price is good on pork shoulders, we make a lot of sausage for ourselves and family.
