I’m a plumber and found this tool very useful.I am extremely satisfied with this purchase, came with a battery, blade, charger and a neat box to store it in.

This bandsaw can be used with one hand safely and is great for cuttings items 1-1/2” or less. It works especially well for conduit. Battery life is good and comes with one blade to get you started.

Is a very good light weight bandsaw great for 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch conduit or up to 3/8 inch all thread. Not a lot of power but great for small electrical work applications! For the price I would highly recommend it! Not recommend d for unistrut or larger size emt of imc.

La herramienta está muy bien en lo general, pero siendo sistema M12 se siente débil, no le vendría mal un poco más de velocidad y fuerza. Otra cosa que no me gustó, es que los repuestos de las sierras (saw blades) sólo las consigues con vendedores externos en USA y el precio oscila entre los $600 y $800 pesos mexicanos por tres piezas incluyendo envío, además que para México, sólo está disponible la versión de 18TPI, aunque sí existen las otras opciones (24 y 32 TPI), sólo puedes comprar esa opción.Fuera de eso parece una buena herramienta, muy ligera y útil para trabajar a una mano.Si no la necesitas de inmediato, te recomiendo que esperes la nueva sierra compacta M12 Fuel 2529, que parece que ya han corregido los detalles mencionados.Nota: No existen opciones en otras marcas como alternativas para el respuesto de las sierras, ya que es una medida especial para este modelo de Milwaukee.

me gusto mucho su tamaño y fuerza, el tamaño es perfecto para usarlo con una mano mientras que con la otra sostengo los materiales, tiene mucha potencia y mas con su bateria incluida para muchos cortes, no requiere lubricantes, no se calienta, vale cada peso que pague por la herramienta, corta desde varillas, hasta tubos conduit sin problemas.

By far one of the best purchases I have made . I own a small business and manufacture products of high handmade quality. I was using a bench top stationary cutoff saw 4 1/2 inch because it was fast and handy , but I did not like the fumes it puts off and the residuals that stay in the air once the smoke has cleared. Problem solved with this little power house of a saw, it is super accurate and you can cut at whatever speed you want .The package deal of case , machine, battery , and charger for the price is incredible !! Best deal I found and I checked around !! Great buy !! Plus the health factor for me not using cut off wheels anymore puts the value of this tool at 1 million $

If you don't like using a hacksaw, this is the tool for you. I built a sound cabinet for my musical group's sound system, and had to regulate the side dimensions with a considerable number of threaded steel rods, all trimmed to precise length. The thought of dealing with several dozen cuts through threaded rods (leaving the rod end capable of accepting nuts after it was done) did not please me.I own a number of other Milwaukee power tools, and when I saw that this was available, I ordered it in an instant. What would have taken me hours to execute (and would have probably ruined more than a few of the rods cut) took me all of ten minutes, with every rod cut cleanly.Since that time, I have frequently taken the tool out of its excellent carrying case - Milwaukee does this well for over 90% of their power tools - and, each time, the cuts are clean, square and a snap to make.One of the great things about this tool is that you can use it to defeat locks and the like. No, I'm not talking criminal activities, although I'm sure some will interpret this the wrong way. We recently relocated from one state to another, and in the process had to load our hot tub onto a trailer and leave it in storage for a couple of months. When we returned to pick up the trailer and haul it to our new residence, the security keys for the ball lock and latch lock had both been misplaced (they later turned up in the glove compartment on our other car). No keys meant no way to move the trailer.Stupid, I know, but in the here and now, it was a problem that had to be dealt with in a hurry. Enter theMilwaukee 2429-21XC. I had it along "just in case"( to deal with another problem that didn't arise), and the precaution was a wise one.The saw easily cut the bail on the ball lock, severing it in less than five seconds. The latch lock took a bit longer, as the cutting angle was less than optimal, but I ultimately removed the lock in pieces, pulling the lock cylinder from the lock body. All in all, I spent more time cleaning the tool after the cutting that I did with the cutting itself.Since that time, I'd estimate that I've pulled the Milwaukee 2429-21XC out of the case maybe once a month. An excellent "utility tool", it seems like it fits into situation after situation, providing a neat and quick cut each and every time. It's a bit expensive, but worth every penny.
