I wanted a quality tool with a built-in hole to attach a tether. These are for deep sea fishing so a coiled tether is a must unless you want to lose them to the sea. The hole in the handle is perfect for a small ring that attaches easily to my tether.

For the money these are very nice solid well built pliers. Fit and finish is good. What else can I say. Good heavy-duty pair of needle nose pliers.
