I have completed 125 workouts using my machine. The results are incredible. I have increased my muscle tone and strength. I have gained 15lbs of raw muscle. Things that used to feel heavier like an ax or picket pounder now feel like they have been made lighter. Carrying dog food bags that used to feel a lot different. This machine strengthens every muscle. The safety features are great for people like me that want no one around when they lift. Setting it up took my wife and I about 4 hours. Adding up the time I save from going to the gym plus membership and all other considerations this is a great investment. I use the fitpal app. Lastly, the customer service is incredible. When you receive the machine, inventory everything and if anything is missing, it will be in the mail before you are done setting it up.

12 boxes arrived, moved them by myself 200 feet to build area. It took me 16 hours to build it alone. I'm 65 years old 5'7" and 160 lbs. So you can do it. The directions, all diagrams, were spot on, I only found one error, they named a circular end cap a rectangular end cap. With 134 part numbers, many of them multiples, not counting the hardware the only thing missing was 2 washers, one pack opened in transit. The hardware was vacuumed packed and bagged on cardboard numbered by steps, great job MiM. Replaced my 30 year old Yukon in the background. This is commercial quality equipment and amazing to workout on.

Setting it up - a little harder than expected but by no means am I a expert in assembling products and I figured it out in 1 day. - became east after I understood the plansThe machine - worth every penny - has more than 30 workouts on it. Super sturdy and professional. More than I expected. Will last me a lifetime.The seller- very communicative and responsive. If you need help he will HELP - I will recommend this to all my my friends.Overall good buy - worth every penny

IMPORTANT!!!! To all viewers shopping for a PERFECT all-in-one fitness machine. You do not need to look any further and waste your time. I had narrowed my choice down to the MiM USA Hercules 1001. This machine pretty much does it all. Once you receive your shipment make sure you dedicate a weekend to assemble this equipment with NO distractions. You will need someone else to help you, this is a two person job. Please pay close attention to the installation details. Do not be afraid to advance to the next page and confirm the orientation of the parts that need to be assembled. I am a tradesman in the mechanical HVAC industry, so I know the importance of proper assembly. When you finally get your MiM USA Hercules 1001 put together now you can have a drink and admire. Ha! This machine is commercial grade and very well engineered. The price may be out of budget for some, but honestly save up and buy this thing. It is AMAZING!!! You can’t put a price tag on your health and for me it was a total investment worth its weight in gold. Also, for longevity, if buying weight plates, I recommend bumper plates. Unfortunately mine are cast iron York plates and can be hard on any piece of equipment if not handled properly.PLEASE NOTE: We all know its one thing to receive a good product, but its another to have exceptional service behind it. MiM USA has achieved both. One of the packaged boxes arrived severely damaged with parts falling out. This is NOT the fault of MiM USA, they package their equipment well. This was a problem I had with the shipping company. I was missing two small parts which were immediately taken care of by MiM USA. Very fast service!!!I highly recommend the MiM USA Commercial Hercules 1001 to anyone 100%.
