The survived to me yesterday I opened it this morning, and the item inside the box is all warped the drawers are all bent. The backs popping out the bottom has a giant bend in it for the price you pay it should come in perfect condition. This thing is terrible. I would not recommend it.

first ones I received had a lot of problems with the trays. next ones were reinforced but still had some problems these new ones I received were double boxed and the new tray design was perfect.

I like these drawers. It fits perfectly under my desk and provides a lot of storage for all my papers. The only problem is that one of the drawers get stuck and won't open or close without a lot of effort. It may have been bent in the shipping? But otherwise, this unit provides much needed storage in a relatively compact space.

Great packaging. Durable, easy to use. Don't put in a place where you have to push it across a wood floor as it scratches. I put chair pads on the bottom of each corner so I can move it a little more easily to vacuum (it sits in a closet). It holds printer paper, extra print cartridges, office supplies just fine. Labels are easy to use.

I don't think I would have been happy with it at full price, but I picked one up as a warehouse deal. It's pretty decent little unit and is getting the job done, but if you're looking for something super strong this is not the unit you are looking for. The drawers don't stay in place very well if you extend them far. This is probably best suited for paper or something that's not going to be hiding at the backs of the drawers when you're looking for it.
