I bought a few stuff from misty phases, and I wore everything since giving birth. Everything was very helpful during my recovery. Fit and quality was really good. I went back and ordered more of the postpartum underwear because I felt most comfortable and put together when I had compression over my stomach. The postpartum belly band over the compression underwear was also a bonus during my toughest days of postpartum

This product runs small in my opinion. It seems to be very high quality material but unfortunately I was not able to use it do to it having absolutely no stretch where I needed it to. I was going to exchange it for another size, but decided to go with a waist trainer instead but if you are not as curvy as I am, it probably would be perfect as it seems to have quite a bit of compression in the abdominal area.

The high-waisted panties offer great compression for postpartum wear, or anytime you want to smooth and support your belly. They run small, so check the sizing chart and size up!The belly panel is nice and thick, and they definitely feel good to wear postpartum. I've heard this type of option is better for your pelvic floor than the abdominal binders, because it supports all the way around instead of creating doward pressure from your abdomen.Overall, I would recommend these!

I just had abdominal surgery and I ordered this panty. I assumed it would be very uncomfortable but much to my surprise it was pretty comfortable. I ordered my normal size and it is true to size! 👍

I'm very happy with these high-waisted compression undies. I'm not exactly postpartum (my 'baby' is now 30!) but I figured if this would work for women recovering from a C-section recovery, it would also be worth trying for women like me that are dealing with the aftermath of other abdominal surgical procedures. Now that I have this, I can see that it really would provide good but gentle support for C-section Moms. I had three C-sections back in the day and I would have liked to have had these at the time...Anyway, back to the here & now -- I have a large mid-line incision (my second, in the same location) and I often wear a shaper or binder when I feel that I need some extra support. But there are pros and cons for each of these options so I am always looking for something that might work better for daily wear. I am a size 14 with a normal torso length and I ordered the size recommended in the size chart and these undies fit perfectly. They looked a bit small when I took them out of the package, but I was able to get them on very easily (not at all the case when I am dealing with most of my shapers, even if I order a size up). My main concern in ordering these was whether or not the high top would stay put. These undies are snug enough that the top band does not slip down, but not so tight that it rolls down (I've had both happen to me before). There are silicone strips but they are thin and light and not bothersome. The 90% nylon/10% spandex is of good quality and features a double layer of construction, so the level of compression is moderate and the undies feel supportive but not uncomfortable and my movement is not restricted. The fabric is ribbed and I like the targeted zones for the abdominal muscles + my sides and back feel supported as well. There are no annoying side seams and no uncomfortable stays. The targeted zones begin a few inches above the crease leg is cut a bit higher than I would like, but because the sizes overlap (these are available in XS/S, M/L, XL/2XL and 3XL/4XL) and I am on the smaller end of my size range, a little strategic tugging works. These undies breathable and I don't get uncomfortably warm so I can wear any time and anywhere. I ordered these in brown and I like the color + they are something different from all of the black and nude shapers I already have. These undies are well designed and the construction seems top notch. I think they are well worth the current cost of $27.95.
